THE FINE POINTS/DETAILS OF YOUR REGISTRATION

  • Waitlist: If you don’t get a spot when registration opens, join the waitlist. When a spot in the race opens (via a registered rider withdrawing) an invite will go to the first person on the waitlist. If invited from the waitlist, you’ll get an email and have 3 days to accept the invite, at which time your credit card will automatically be charged the registration fee. If you do not accept the invite within 3 days, your credit card will not be charged, you will be dropped from the waitlist, and the next person on the waitlist will be invited to register. The last date to accept an invite off of the waitlist is August 27th, 2026 at midnight Mountain Time.
  • Withdrawal Policy: Stuff happens. It might be injury or a major life change. Whatever happens you have the option to withdraw from the race until August 27th, 2026 at midnight Mountain Time. Your request to withdraw will be automatically processed and the credit card you used for registration will be refunded the registration fee minus a $40 processing fee. To withdraw, log into your account at BikeSignup, find your P2P registration, and request a withdrawal.
  • Weather/AQI Clause: The event is non-refundable.  If the scheduled Saturday of Labor Day weekend ever forces a cancellation, the plan will be to run the race on Sunday or Monday of Labor Day weekend (as long as conditions permit) or cancel the event outright if needed.  Additionally, the race director has the approval to finish the race at Silver Lake in Deer Valley, or at the Park City Mountain base area, cutting sections of the course as needed if racers are in danger due to AQI or weather.  Please understand, we can’t predict or control the weather/natural events, we will do everything in our power to complete the race, but your ENTRY IS NON-REFUNDABLE.  Thanks for your understanding!
